1983 Chevrolet Camaro

Straight-Line Performance is what this ‘83 Chevrolet Camaro is all about. The engine is a 427ci Dart Little-M Small block producing 650hp at 7,800 rpms. A PowerGlide transmission equipped with a transbrake delivers power to a 12 bolt rear end fitted with gun-drilled 40 spline axles and a Mark Williams Spool spinning 4:56 gears. The chassis consists of a hand built 2x4 boxed tube frame with a fabricated rear 4-link system and the front section has been modified with tubular down bars tying into the stock front clip. Strange Pro-Race 4 piston steel brakes slow down the 3100lbs car after its 9.40 @ 144mph quarter mile pass. This SST Camaro wears 15x4 & 15x15 Centerline Convo Pro wheels and runs on Mickey Thompson Tires. Body modifications include late model RS ground effects, stretched wheel openings, shaved emblems as well as door locks and drip rails. The exterior is sprayed Matador Red candy tricoat. The interior is all business and houses several AutoMeter gauges for monitoring the cars vitals. A set of upholstered polycarbonate racing seats are fitted with 5 point harnesses for safety. Electronic Delay and cross-over box and full CO air system make this car a consistent threat in drag racing competition.

1970 Chevrolet Monte Carlo

Keeping up with current trends and styles, HRBS will be creating a “Street Fighter” out of this 1970 Monte Carlo. The build will involve a “track-car” inspired suspension with huge 13” drilled and slotted brakes for optimum performance, handling and braking . A Supercharged LSx engine backed by a 6 spd manual transmission will send over 600hp to the Kinesis Motorsport K18 lightweight wheels. Huge 6 piston four wheel disc brakes make sure this Street Fighter will come to a halt promptly. The exterior will receive a Nascar inspired front spoiler & rear spoiler, matte finished trim and the body will be sprayed “Forged Grey”. A short throw shifter, custom bucket seats, five point harness and a custom chrome-moly roll cage will prove this interior is all business.

1967 Chevrolet Nova ‘X’

This classic Chevrolet dubbed Nova ‘X’ is currently in the early stages of design and HRBS has big plans for this “green” machine. We will be keeping most of the details under wraps but here is a small list of changes to be made to this instant classic. This Nova will receive a modern LSX power plant that will send power through a computer controlled manumatic transmission. The stock front “clip” will give way to a fabricated tubular unit with custom designed down tubes and suspension components. Look for a much lower ride height than Chevrolet designed back in 1967 on this ride. Wheels will be a custom split five-spoke 3-piece design and will have a unique finish applied. The body will be also receiving quite a bit of attention, but onlookers will need to wait a little longer for details on those. The interior will be very “industrial” and include a custom hand formed dash, overhead & center consoles and will be accented with brushed aluminum trim. Exterior colors will coincide with this “green” themed build….. Stay tuned for more on this “forward thinking” innovative design.

1970 Chevrolet Camaro RS

The second generation Camaro is unmistakably one of the most aggressive body styles to come out of GM in the muscle car era. This 1970 Rally Sport will receive a full modern upgraded suspension including Air Ride Shockwaves at all 4 corners, Air Bar 4 Link system, Front Tubular Upper and Lower Control Arms, Upgraded front and rear sway bars and dropped spindles. A DSE mini-tub will hide the aggressive 20x12 BonSpeed wheels mounted on 335/30/20 rubber. A stout small block engine will send power thru a 4L60 od transmission while Wilwood Dynalite drilled and slotted brakes slow down the “split bumper” Camaro. The body will be cleaned up courtesy of shaved drip rails, smoothed cowl and filled body lines. The exterior will receive several coats of ‘Cortex Silver’ while Onyx leather covers most of the interior panels and seating surfaces. The factory dash will hold a set of custom one-off gauges in a matching Silver hue while brushed billet accents add subtle detail to the street rod inspired interior.

1969 Ford Mustang Convertible

HRBS transformed this classic Ford into a modern G-Machine by installing a Supercharged, Fuel Injected Cobra drivetrain that delivers power to an Air Ride equipped suspension and Wilwood Dynalite disc brakes. It rides on 17”/18” Boze Forged Alloy wheels painted 'Hot Rod Black' to match the factory style hood stripe. The body received several changes including 'Fastback' style quarter panels & spoiler from the same vintage. The convertible top was stitched from Hartz cloth in lieu of the classic vinyl. Custom painted gauges and black leather / suede add the finishing touches to the modern designed interior on this build.

1964 Chevrolet Impala SS

Dan's Impala was designed and constructed in 6 months. Starting wiht a stock 1964 Impala, HRBS completely disassembled the chassis and fabricated a new full frame and 4 link rear suspension. A Gen VI 502 BBC with dual quads feed 500hp into a race prepared TH350 trans before distributing the power into a Fab 9 rear. Air-Ride Pro-E Suspension and custom 20x16 rear and 18x7 wheels give the Impala the right stance. The custom mixed Satin Jade paint and Doeskin leather and suede interior compliment each other, while the Carbon Fiber accents provide subtle detailing. A custom 59 Impala dash, fabricated inner fender wells and extensive chassis modifications complete the build.

1967 Chevrolet Nova SS

Originally built for HRBS owner Steve Dembinski, the Nova was later purchased and completed for Brad Mitchell. Brad's Nova features a Gen VI 502 BBC producing 678hp on pump gas. It features a full boxed tube chassis and 4 link rear suspension with a modified front clip. Custom mixed paint, leather and suede interior and a detailed engine compartment finish this award winning street machine.

1966 Chevrolet Nova 4dr

After years of having projects for himself, Steve Dembinski built this subtle Hot Rod for his wife Kate. Kate got to design and pick out all the features for this build including the custom Titanium Silva body color and the Salsa Red Metallic flames. She chose 17" grey spoke wheels and designed the complimentary wine colored leather and suede interior. A highly detailed 300hp GM Crate Engine and stock drivetrain make this car a true 'drive anywhere' Hot Rod.

1987 Jeep Wrangler

This Jeep was Steve's first project build. Built while in college, the project took 18 months to complete and was fitted with a 350 V8 with 450hp, a TH350 trans and Chevrolet rear with one off custom wheels. The chrome suspension and painted undercarriage accents the custom painted graphics. Ultimately this Jeep was sold.
